The Fleur Garden – Rental Terms and Conditions
By booking a rental with The Fleur Garden, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both parties and ensure a smooth rental experience.

1. Rental Policy & Description
All rental items from The Fleur Garden are custom-designed artificial floral arrangements tailored to your event. Items are provided for a set rental period as specified in your rental agreement or invoice. All floral designs remain the property of The Fleur Garden and must be returned in their original condition at the end of the rental period.

2. Use of Rental Items
Rental items are for event use only and may not be altered, dismantled, or reused outside of the event setting. Any unauthorized modifications or extended use may result in additional fees or forfeiture of deposit. Items must be handled with care, kept away from open flames, liquids, and sharp objects.

3. Payment & Cancellation
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and date.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to full payment.

4. Order Changes
We understand plans can evolve. Minor changes to the order (such as color palette adjustments or floral types) may be made up to 30 days before the event, subject to availability. Changes may affect pricing and production timelines.

5. Rebooking
If your event needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate the new date:
• Rebooking is subject to availability.
• Rebooking requests made within 30 days of the event may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Deposits will be transferred to the new date if confirmed.

6. Damages & Insurance
Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. This includes:
- More than two flowers missing from a bouquet
- Disassembled or rearranged bouquet
- Burnt or melted petals or stems
- Excessive dirt or sand present on flowers
- Missing foam insert in shipping box ($10)
The customer will not be charged for damage related to normal wear and tear including, but not limited to:
- Broken flowers
- Missing petals or leaves
- Torn or frayed ribbon
- Watermarked or stained ribbon
- Missing pins
- Bent stems
- Missing boutonniere/corsage box
- Missing informational materials from shipping box

7. Replacement Prices
In the event that items are returned damaged or not returned at all, the following fees will apply:
• Floral Arches: $500 – $2,000 depending on complexity
• Centerpieces & Installations: $150 – $500 per item
• Small Arrangements (e.g., bouquets, décor): $50 – $200 per item
Final replacement costs will be assessed based on the original design and materials used.
