GENERAL
Can I keep my flowers?
If you are buying your floral pieces, then yes! But if not, The Fleur Garden is committed to our low waste rent-and-return model.
This means we rent the same floral stems as long as possible.
Can i modify my flowers?
Please do not modify any of your items if your are renting. Additional ribbons are acceptable as long as the item is returned to us in its original condition.
For buyers, after you have purchased and received your floral arrangements, you are more than welcome to adjust your arrangements!
Does the event have to be a wedding?
Our flowers can be used for any formal or informal event, not just weddings! Consider ordering for your next birthday, conference, or shower.
Do you have pre-made arrangements?
No we currently do not offer pre-made arrangements. All of our clients will receive a custom arrangement!
How do you price arrangements?
We price our arrangements based on the price of the floral stems and any additional materials needed to create the arrangement plus the labor and time it takes to create your vision.
Other fees including delivery or damages are not included in each arrangement.
What is the difference between rentals and purchasing?
Rentals:
1. For locals only
2. We do all the set-up and tearing down
3. Rentals are less expensive
4. Cannot keep your florals
PURCHASES:
1. For anyone local or worldwide
2. We only ship. Once it arrives, its all in your hands
3. More expensive

5. Able to reuse and modify once you have your arrangements.

How does the rental process work?
Our rentals are for LOCAL CLIENTS ONLY!
- Submit a Design Inquiry; fill out our form with your event details on our contact page
- Receive Your Proposal; we’ll send you a personalized mood board rental quote, and rental agreement within 3-5 business days.
- Secure Your Date; a 50% deposit and signed agreement officially lock in your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
- Custom Florals are Created; we carefully build your faux florals to match your vision. Nothing is premade, everything is tailored for your event!
- Delivery & Setup; on event day or day before, we deliver and install the florals. After your event, we return to pick them up
- We Take It From There; you enjoy your beautifully styled event. We handle cleanup, storage and reusability, sustainability and stress-free!

How does the purchase Service work?
Purchase services are for locals and worldwide clients!
Heres how it works.
1. Submit a Design Inquiry; Tell us about your event, color palette, and floral vision using contact form.
2. Receive a Custom Quote; we’ll send a proposal with design options, a final purchase price (including shipping), and timeline.
3. Approve & Pay; Once the design is approved, you’ll receive and invoice for full payment. Production begins once payment is received.
4. We Create & Ship Your Florals; We handcrafted your formals and securely package them. You’ll receive tracking info and a floral set up guide if needed.
5. Enjoy & Reuse Your Florals; you’ll get to keep your custom pieces forever! Perfect for keepsakes, photo shoot, or reusing at future events.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs cary by order size and location. Expect to pay about 20% of your order total in shipping costs.
When will my items arrive?
If renting, you can expect your items to be setup and delivered either the day of your event or the day before.
If purchasing, your items will be shipped out after arrangements have been completed. You can follow the status of your order in the tracking number provided via email.
Where do you ship?
We ship locally and worldwide. Be sure to approve and pay for your arrangements at least 3 months in advance.
If you need a last minute purchase, pricing will increase.
Can i pick up my items locally?
Of course! We are located in Springfeild, MO. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange pickup times and dates.
No pick up for rentals.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes, we can deliver locally for purchases with fees applied. Please be sure to contact us to know exactly where to deliver!
We always deliver and set up for rentals.
PAYMENT
When is payment collected?
RENTALS: To secure your date we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event.
PURCHASING: In order for us to ship your arrangements we require a full payment once you approve your design.
What is your cancellation policy?
RENTALS:
Depending on how far in advance you cancel, you are eligible for a partial refund.
- More than 30 days days before the event – 50% refund
- Within 30 days of the event – no refund
Please keep in mind that our refund structure is based on our ability to re-book items on short notice.

PURCHASING:
Once you have made your payment, we DO NOT allow refunds! Each piece is custom made to order.
What do i do if my event date changes?
RENTING:
Please contact us if you need to change the date of your event. We are generally able to accommodate event date changes.
DAMAGES
What if one of my items arrives damaged?
Once we ship out your items, we no longer have access to your package and cannot cover or replace any damages. We package every arrangement very carefully. If you have any questions please email us: fleurgarden.co@gmail.com
What if one of my items is damaged during my event?
RENTING ONLY:
The client will not be charged for damage related to normal wear and tear including, but not limited to:
- Broken Flowers
- Missing petals or leaves
- Torn or frayed ribbon
- Missing pins
- Bent stems
- Missing boutonniere/corsage box
What if i loose something?
RENTING:
If an item is not returned you will be charged a replacement fee. For more details on lost items, please see our Terms and Conditions.
The customer will be charged the posted retail price for any items not returned, as well as for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- More than two flowers missing from a bouquet
- Disassembled or rearranged bouquet
- Burnt or melted petals or stems
- Excessive dirt or sand present on flowers
